Not sure why I don't have one of those while I have a few GLOCKs.

Ergonomic, cool sights which may take getting used to. Reliable from what I've heard.

The ergonomic factor alone makes people buy it over a GLOCK.

I bought both of them... new G17 and M9 A-1...those 2 along with my new KP 89 give me 3 new nines to shoot......that'll do it for me..WELL...for a while anyway!

In the Steyr club there seems to be mention of ammo sensitivity with the M9 Steyr models. While I admire the Steyr's erognomics and trigger they just seem to be too tempermental based on what I have read at the Stery club. This is particularly true when S&B ammo is factored in, a brand which I often feed my Beretta and Browning 9mms since it works well for them and I can buy it on the cheap. YMMV.
