Just wanted to give a range report on my new P95. Maverick7340 and I went shooting yesterday at the range. I was nervous as I squeezed off the first shot. Tried different stances to get the best feel and to improve accuracy...but with a P95, that's a given. I was able to correct a minor problem with sighting and was quite pleased when I blew a hole in the target with bullet placement.

Maverick would tell me when I was moving my hand grip (must be involuntary as I didn't make a conscienous thought to do that), or flinching which is another small problem I have. But those are operator errors and not the gun. :D

Maverick was loading magazine for me towards the end in an effort to help with flinching. He would put three or four rounds in one magazine, then 15 in the next, etc. Near the end, the only flinch I had was when I miscounted. I was so getting into shooting that I wanted more rounds!

Anyway...I just love the P95 and really enjoy shooting it. I feel safer knowing I can rely on it to shoot flawlessly as opposed to the Bersa .380 which can be tempermental.

Just wanted to share with you all my experience...

PS...I named my gun "Ole' Blue" like Ralphie's Red Rider BB Gun in A Christmas Story</u>. Just for giggles and grins :D:D

She did quite well with ole blue at the end. The new gun shot great. She put 200 rounds of CCI blazer through the gun and didn't have a single malfunction.
My KP95 has only had one malfunction and that was my fault. The first time I tried shooting it with one hand I limp wristed it and had one FTE.
So between us, we have put about 1200 rounds through our guns with no problems.

Glad you like the 95. I like all the P-Series. My wife shoots a P345 and is proficient with it. I think women have a tendency to be better shots than men if they like to shoot and practice. Just keep up the practice!!! I know Maverick and I are fortunate to have someone that like to practice with us. :)

Glad you liked the 95. Sounds like a good day at the range. There are quite a few Club 95 members around here. I sure like mine.

Glad y"all had a great day. Noth'in like taking the wife shooting. Till the end of the day. All her targets are one ragged hole with different guns and various distances. Mine look like somebody with the mesels. I taught her right now what's my problem? Old age and turning to rust I guess.
