I have a Red Label 20 ga. with 30" barrels mounted on an English straight stock that was bought new in 1998. It has performed flawlessly over the years but unfortunately during last year's dove season the front curved tip of the LH ejector rod broke off. Ruger's listing of parts for the Red Label 20 ga. has this particular part marked as discontinued and our local gunsmith is experiencing some difficulty in sourcing a replacement.

Due to my current location here in Jamaica, West Indies and the necessary government security clearances required to ship a firearm overseas, sending the weapon to the Ruger factory to have it repaired is at this time not a feasible option. I would appreciate if anyone can advise or assist me in obtaining a replacement Ejector rod which is Part No. OU-8L-20. Thanks.

Contact Numrich Gun Parts Corp. and see if they have the part. They have a site, but if they only have a few of that part you need, it will not be listed in the catalog or web site. Would be best to call them in New York. Phone number is (845) 679-2417
