Ironrat, your Redhawk uses a front sight in a dovetail (Novak perhaps?) and is not the more common older style like that often found on the GP100 which uses the plunger in the muzzle to release the sight. There is also a Redhawk with a 4 inch barrel that uses a pinned front sight so I can think of three different versions for the Redhawk and therein lies the challenge in finding the correct style plus the type you want (black, red ramp, fiber optic, etc.)

A couple of suggestions - you can always call Ruger's customer service department and see what they can tell you. If you provide your serial number they should be able to match you up with OEM sight options. Folks often seem to overlook the fact that Ruger does sell parts and can be a good source for nailing down what part goes with what gun.

Second suggestion is to contact Novak and discuss with them. They might be able to confirm if that dovetail is based on their dimensions and if so what they have to offer for a replacement. They might even have options that Ruger doesn't use in production giving you more possibilities.
