Removing the trigger when cleaning a P95

I've found it easier to clean the frame area by removing the trigger.
With the slide off and when cleaning the frame, cock the hammer. You will then find the trigger comes right up. It is only held on with a hole and pin to the arm.
You can now clean the arm and the trigger guard area real good. Whipping the trigger is now easy also.
It goes back in real easy.
Hope this helps.

Dang - you can teach an old dog new tricks. I'll have to try that after my Wednesday range session.
Cleaned one of my .45's last night. Good idea...does make it easier to clean up. Why didn't I think of that?
