Wow I have been busy replacing the grip frame on my Black Hawk what a labor of love. The hole for the grip pantel dowel is crooked. I didn't notice this until the other day when I was getting ready to put the gun back together. I got the brass blank from brownells. And they are good folks, I have filed and shaped it so I doubt if they would replace it, beside I got alot of labor in this grip frame as it is. I sure don't want to start over again.
A friend of mine is a jewerl and is going to see what he can do to fit it. I sure hope he can.

Use brass rod, weld it up and redrill it.
It's a PITA when something is crooked and don't see it till you altered or fit the part.
