My advice would be NO, NO or Heck NO on the ammo. Factory sealed cartons would be the only way I might think about it. Home brewed ammo and I'm back to the NO, NO, and heck NO department. It's just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Smithy.
You should do a search of ammunition sales laws for your state, the state you would be sending it to. As well as transportation laws for ammunition. Also you should check federal laws regarding sale and transfer of ammunition.
same question here. there's a lot of people here in tx start selling their ammo. 9mms for 50cent/round! they post it on craigslist. Is it illegal ?

are you selling to a completely unknown party where you don't know the prohibitions? Of course, ammo is sold online every day with zero checking on compliance by the sellers.
I do not know the legality of selling from the state of California and would recommend you contact an attorney and am closing the thread.
