I just bought this rifle in box like new condition, stainless 22" barrel, with 3 mags, nice aftermarket trigger job, Ruger black synthetic stock, and the Deluxe Sporter birchwood stock (took off new) for $275. I then bought a Redfield Revolution 2x7 matte black scope excellent condition with rings for it for $100. It's a nice looking set up. It's a little more than I planned on spending on a 10/22 so I put the wood stock on ebay and it looks like it's going to sell for around $70 so really not too bad for the total package cost I think.

Just spotted a 22" stainless barrel on eBay going for crazy $$$$

hello new guy here,, how is everyone ?? i have a 1022 1235 heavy barrell(bull) drilled and taped,, what type of scope,, optics,, should i be looking at puttin on this gun??,,by the way it is my first ruger ever,, and i havent even shot it yet,, have had for about 2 months now,, just havent gotten around to it yet.... working 3rd. hard to find time to do anything sometimes...

I know Bob. I couldn't believe the Sporter Stock sold for that much, making an already good deal an incredible deal. Shot it yesterday and only had to make minor adjustments to height and windage to get it dialed in. I can't quit smiling!
