Edited to Add: The 1st time I saw a Charger (& for a good while after), I thought, "Who would want that?" But looking at your set-up, I've got to admit that it looks like it would be fun to shoot, esp. if it'll do dime-sized groups out of the box.
I just picked up a TD green laminate version. I have not shot it yet. I was convinced I wanted a hard case for it. Mine came with a cheap Ruger hard case, pretty flimsy. I was looking at pelican cases, but they are stupid expensive. I think this is a "keep your eyes open" task. Lay out your gun and get an idea of the dimensions you need, and wait for the right hard case to find you. Keep in mind that you can cut foam. In the mean time, I am going to slide it into a thick hunting sock...
Yup, just received my first Charger. 25th Anniversary present from my wife! Already have 10-22 and M&P 15-22. Have already ordered ATI Stock for it. Have Brimstone on order too. Will let you know what is next.
Should I get the standard Charger and the adapter or just get the Charger that comes with the rail?
One plus is the factory rail model only has an 8" barrel. However the braces I've seen that will fit it are rather expensive.
Here's my newest one. I'll add pics of my Gen 1 Charger later, but let's see your setup/build!
Charger TD, Silencerco Spectre II can, BX-15 mag, (cheap) NC Star optic w/ zoom, lighted reticles, and laser.
Put 150 rounds of Remington Golden Bullet through the Charger this morning. Just throwing lead at about 25-30 yards.
Three different 25 round mags. No hiccups at all.

I am planning on buying a Charger this weekend. With the 10" barrel the over all length (OAL) is 19 1/4". If I get an aftermarket 16" barrel for a 10/22 the OAL would be 25 1/4". I can't find the regulations on the maximum legal barrel and total handgun length.
Can anyone help with specific...
hey folks... spent some range time this morning shooting CCI Shorts (1080fps) and Quiets (710fps) thru my FrankenCharger TD with its PMACA chassis and cheap Bushnell red dot .. quite pleased with my four modified BX .22 Short mags:
the 22LR Quiets also cycled nicely thru a couple regular BX...
