Hi all,

I've been browsing this forum for a couple of years,
So I thought is finally join in and say how pleased I am
With Ruger's customer service. The rear sight pin fell out
of my 357 4.2 sp101 a few weeks ago, a little searching shows
this is a pretty common problem. Anyway, I just got around to
calling Ruger about it today, I spent all of two minutes on the
phone, and voilà, a new one is on the way! Gotta love it when
companies actually care about their customers.
