I have been a Ruger fan since I aquired my first revolver (a .45 colt with 4-5/8 barrel) back in 1976. Have enjoyed single actions mostly but have owned about anything Ruger made except a shotgun. I have recently purchased a p97 and I am looking for a shoulder rig for it. Considering the Triple K Ultra. They don't list the p97 but they do the p90. Hoping it will do.

Welcome!
Don't have am answer for you as the triple k appears to be made for specific guns. Perhaps a model that is close in size--then the addition of a well placed chicago screw to tighten things up might work. Better yet, a call to the maker.
Or a gun store that actually has it to try one out............

Welcome cogburn - is that Rooster?
Glad you signed up! I'm a big fan of Ruger's single action guns too. We started off about the same, with my 45c Blackhawk convertable being acquired in the mid 70s too. Still have it thousands of rounds later.
Never did get into the semi-autos though, except the Mark series 22s.

Welcome aboard! Glad you're here. Make yourself at home and enjoy the Board. P97's are good guns. I have two and carry one as my CCW. :D

Greetings new member cogburn. The P90 has a 4 1/2 inch barrel and the P 97 a 4 1/8 incher. I had both models. Not only is the P90 a longer pistol, it is also a bit bulkier than the P97. So although I cannot give you specific info, it may be that a holster sized for the P90 would be too big (sloppy fit)for the P97. Welcome aboard. MACHINISTgunner.
