The general reply to this seems to be that keeping it loaded will not hurt it.
I only unload mine when going to the range then I ether shoot what is in them or remove my defense ammo and reload with hardball!
I do however have problems with LC380 magazines in general. They are patchwork and not reliable, IMHO!

I agree. I have AR mags that are loaded for months at a time and they work.

I think the engineering world has probably, after all these years, come up with a spring steel that will hold it 'spring' well. If this was the dark ages, it would be a matter for concern.
