Any one seen used or tried one of these. Could be handy, I'd like to swap scopes but the standard mounts & my scopes/rings restrict me some what.

Don't have one and never seen one being used so can't comment on it's worthiness, but it looks like a well thought-out design.
One thing though, removing the original quarter-rib screws sounds easier than it often is. That can be an adventure all in itself.
