I have been given a basket case ruger carbine. it appears to be a former law enforcement rifle. I found a parts list. all the parts are there. just can't figure out the combination of how to install this dang trigger and hammer back in. Any guidance?

Welcome to the forum! eastman's advise is good. There are a number of videos on YouTube for the PC4 but I don't know how good they are. There are some differences, but the PC9 vides might be helpful as well. You just have to sort through the PCC videos.

PC4 ! great weapon...........I have a mint condition one from 1997. Parts are not available anymore. Ruger does not support them anymore. Hopefully all parts are there like you said other wise you'd need to find another one for a parts donor
