Has anyone else watched the series 'Self Defense TV' on the OLN? If so, what did you think of it? I watched my first episode today and I thought it was very well done. The primary focus was on the shotgun for self/home defense. I think it's great that there is now programming like this on television. I now have it Tivo'd so I won't miss one.

I get OLN on sattelite but I never find out when something good is on until after it's over. Story of my life I guess - day late and a dollar short.
