I'm like Other's Remington 1100, think I got it around 1973 $199.99 . At K-Mart. Hunting, Trap, & Skeet the guy's I shot with didn't like ta see that Thing.
Sad Fact - One of the Guy's Mike would ask Me Every time we shot if He could buy it. Told Him don't worry and Save Your Money it's in the Will You will get It when I'm Dead. He didn't make it, R.I.P. Mike. Every Time I even look at it or think of That Shotgun Think of Him ......

I've got a Browning Lite 12 my wife gave me for Christmas after returning from Vietnam in the 60's. Beautiful gun; they don't make guns or do bluing like this anymore. It was made in Belgium and she got it from Sears.:eek: Used to hunt a lot with it but it now a safe queen; never to be sold.

Love it!:cool::D

Never really thought about it...but...now that you mention it...I have a 12Ga Smith 1000 (my first; bought it while still in university), Browning Silver 20ga, 12Ga Browning Silver Camo duratouch, Stoeger 2000 Max4 12 Ga, Mossberg SA 20ga and a Weatherby SA 12Ga. What's that 6...? Huh!

The Browning 20 I bought for my daughter to shoot skeet as she says she wants to do more of it. The rest are hunting guns. I have a son and a nephew who are new to hunting, and aren't exactly prone to avoiding scratches on other people's guns; and so I got the Mossberg and Weatherby for them to use. Both guns are matte synthetic and I managed to get bargains on both in the used market; in other words, if the boys drop, ding or otherwise superficially damage them, I won't be crying all the way home from the marsh.
