I'm no expert on serial numbers, but I'm thinking 1981...
Ruger New Model Super Blackhawk Serial Number History
The serial number chart shows the first serial number of 1981 as being 83-90986 and the first serial number of 1982 being 84-43801, therefore, I'm guessing it was made in 1981.
Naturally, it's just a hunch as the serial numbers can be all over the place, not in sequence, and years apart, depending on what Ruger feels like doing. Hey, it's their game.
Of course, you can call up Ruger directly and ask them. They'll be able to tell you for sure. Their number is 336-949-5200.
