btw i have to say i'm jealous. my condo complex has rules (they have rules for everything, including which direction you park your car-- not even kidding about that one) about gas grills, as in we can't have them on our decks. looking forward to getting back to the free world (ie., Montana) where such things are not issues, and man can grill to his heart's content (even in the dead of winter-- and people do).

We've all got one.
While I'm trying to get a pic. of mine (still dark here), post up where you do your best work.
Mines a portable covered grill (half plate, half grill) with a rotisserie & wok burner. (Link below.)
BBQ's, grills, smoke houses ect, whatever.

ok i watched the little video dealie, and now, the hell with a citori, i want one of those grills! don't know where i'd put it, but i want one. picturing saturday football mornings of grilling before college games.....

i'm assuming that that's an aussie brand, yes? i've never heard of the cucina professional, or barbeques galore up here, and i think the shipping might be a bit steep...

I would show my BBQ but i used it for target practice, it has a lot holes in it

I have many times grilled meat in a few inches of snow. It's worth it for the taste!

Traeger Jr. with home made prep shelf..

Traeger has been good for me, I picked up their large one since I like to do briskets and still have some room for sides. That shelf is a nice add on
