Beauty! hah!!!! i wondered if the lamb/mutton thing might bring something like this up!

btw i have to say i'm jealous. my condo complex has rules (they have rules for everything, including which direction you park your car-- not even kidding about that one) about gas grills, as in we can't have them on our decks. looking forward to getting back to the free world (ie., Montana) where such things are not issues, and man can grill to his heart's content (even in the dead of winter-- and people do).

ok i watched the little video dealie, and now, the hell with a citori, i want one of those grills! don't know where i'd put it, but i want one. picturing saturday football mornings of grilling before college games.....

i'm assuming that that's an aussie brand, yes? i've never heard of the cucina professional, or barbeques galore up here, and i think the shipping might be a bit steep...

man! i just had dinner, and yet this thread is making me hungry again.... or more accurately, it's making me crave grilled, slightly smokey red meat!

or pork with that nice crisp skin.....
