You just had to do it to me again 2400. I am still watering mind, but it isn't growing up to look like yours. I sure do like your set up there. Maybe one of these days mind will grow up. Here's mind again.

Hey 2400. I wasn't that thrilled with it. I could get everything just perfect, and run about 50 rounds, BINGO something would get out of wack.I spent more time adjusting on the thing than I did loading. I gave it to the kid that cuts my grass and he was tickled to death. I hope he will still cut my grass next year. Oh me.

Nice setup 2400...well organized and easy on the eye...wish I had the space to do something similar.
Thanks for the compliments guys! We have all our gun/hunting/fishing/ect stuff in the 3rd bedroom in the house. While it's nice you don't need a whole room, I loaded thousands and thousands of rounds for years on a 3'X2'bench.

If I ever get mine cleaned off to where it look presentable, I take a picture of it. [:I]
I felt the same way but I'll go ahead and post this one taken recently. If I get it cleaned up, I won't be able to find anything.

Jimbo, the worst trouble I ever got into with my Grandpa in Ida, La. was the day I proudly announced I'd "straightened up" his shell shelf...got me a lecture about how he coulda gone in there in the dead of night and picked up just what he needed....I felt 2" tall...learned the lesson that a "mess" ain't necessarily a mess...looks like a good-working setup....

Here's a part of it. I don't even remember why I took this picture, but it wasn't to show off my bench! There's a set of storage shelves to the left, and then even further lest is a rifle safe.

I know it's not first class accommodations but it works for me and I know 'zackly where everything's at.

bunzo, looks like a good "get 'r done" work bench to me.

Sheepdog, I would take Hwy 71 & pass through Ida on my way to Hot Springs, when I lived in Shreveport.
Usually the bench is cleared off when I'm not working, here I had about 800 38spl cases I was cleaning and sorting. There is a footlocker under the bench with dies, loaded ammo and powder. The shelf to the left has all the primers and boxed bullets. The bulk bullets are on the shelf left side behind the scale.
I also use the bench as my fix-it work bench so it gets alot of use. The 1 1/2" thick wood top is covered with a marine carpet, and I have a carpet piece on the floor to cushion anything I drop. This is a storage room in my carport I use as my get-away place.
One thing I highly recommend is fire extinguishers in your reloading area. I have two, both 10 pounders of the ABC type. I have one at the door and one next to the bench.
