The Single Ten is an incredible revolver. Its very accurate and a real beauty. I would get it first, and if you feel the need for something hotter than Long Rifle, shoot Stingers or YellowJackets until you get the Single Nine. You could also look for a used Single Six, and sight it in for Magnums. That might save you a few bucks, and have better resale value than the Single Nine if you ever would have to sell it.

if you are that broke you probably need to go with the single 10. I am going to wait till they either stretch the 10 out another inch like the 9 or break down and make a convertible version of the 9. I dont have much need for the .22 mag myself i just like the looks of the longer barrel on the single 9.
