I can't wait...

Tonight is the ritualistic laying out of the squirrel weaponry and the inevitable choice. Do I take my shotgun? My lever action 22? My Mark III?

So many choices.

I'm thinking the Mark III will go no matter what so that's settled at least.

I like ditto1958's reccomendation, totally rational and coherent. ;)

BTW, not to rub it in your face or nothing, but I like my combo gun, it allows me to take both a .22 WMR and a .410 shotgun out, all the while carrying the same gun. I am the lucky one, your just some poor sap! :) Sad but true.;)

Sadly I was just looking at a satellite map and noticed that they have built houses in what were empty fields adjoining the woods where I used to do all my squirrel hunting while growing up in Western NY. Those were some happy times. Enjoy!

I'd love to have a combo gun. They are perfect for squirrel hunting.

Well, I'll have my Mark pistol on my waist. And I think for my primary weapon it's going to be my Marlin 39A lever gun.
