I don't think ammo is going to be a factor at all if that's what you are wanting to do. The ammo and the SR9 are both way more inherently accurate than is necessary to do that. All that is needed is for the shooter to be skilled enough.Spike

+1 for paper. A little different for SD. Winchester White Box 115gr fmj at Wally for $23.95/100. They shoot very well in my SR9c and LC9. Federal HydraShok 135gr (also from Wally) for self defense.I use cheap ammo for paper and SD. No use spending more to shoot a person.
There is no one perfect ammo for any caliber that works best in all guns. Never has been.
