Using reloads but have had o few issues with the pistol denting the primer and no fire.Maybe 12 in 250.I have seen deeper strikes on other guns.Is this common with SR9?

Is there a fix someone could tell me about?

Thanks in advance,

Also try cleaning the striker channel. There could be grease or dirt or something in there not allowing the striker to go through its required travel.

Definitely check and thoroughly clean the striker channel before sending it back to Ruger. I bought both my SR9 and SR9c brand new, and the first thing I did was disassemble them and clean the striker channel, and removed the mag disconnect, but that's a different topic, and both pistols have ran 100%, zero malfunctions after about 300-500 rounds each.

What happens with factory ammo?
I suspect Ruger is going to tell you it could be your ammo.
Could be primers, case length, etc...
