Well I bought a one man chair blind yesterday at Academy and I must say I am pretty impressed with it. It is very small, lightweight, super easy to set up and has just enough room inside for me, my gun and a backpack. It even has that new blind smell to it.
My question is, how do I get rid of that smell? I like it, but I doubt the deer will. I plan on airing it out plenty, but I have a tent that is 7 years old that still has that same smell. Should I toss some pine needles in the carry bag with it? Spray it down with odor eliminator? Anything else I can do?
