Turns out it didn't, though. My wife was shooting it, and it turns out she (being unfamilar with it) accidently hit the slide stop while she was firing it, locking the slide back.

She don't get to shoot it no more. :D

Other than that, a great shooting session. Head shots and center mass hits on a drawn target at 25 yards.

That's great! Now you have an excuses to go out and buy her a new revolver. Glad it turned that there was no problem. BTW, was this your first time shooting it? I love my P97 and there isn't much I would trade it away for .

No, I've had it for several months now, and love it.

I already have revolvers that she shoots, including a Taurus 85Ch that she shot today quite well.

She just is not comfortable with semi autos.
