Saw this last night, pretty good movie.
I have always been a Clint Eastwood fan and this was a pretty good story.

I kinda figured out how it would end early on but didn't tell the wife ;).

We both enjoyed it and I recommend it if you're a CE fan or a baseball fan.

Thanks for the review. I want to see it. His movies just seem to get better and better.

It's features the Braves and stars Clint Eastwood.

Yeah, I think I gotta see it. ;)

I rarely go to movies but I went last night with the wife as well. We both are big baseball fans and enjoyed it. I agree with 303lithgow, Eastwood's movies seem to just get better as time goes on. This was a pretty fluff story though but it went down easy. I really liked Flags of our Fathers Million Dollar Baby. I will probably see anything he puts out.

Clint's the man...whether in front of the camera, behind the camera or in real life.

80 something years old and still going strong. I've been a fan since the Rawhide days.

Yep, this one's on my "gotta see" list too.

Are you talking about Grand Torino or Trouble with the Curve?
Grand Torino is a great movie. One I didn't think I would like. Eastwood also made a boxing movie with Freeman that is excellant.
Gran Torino. I haven't seen Trouble With The Curve yet. The boxing movie you're talking about is Million Dollar Baby; another outstanding Eastwood flick.

I think two highly under rated Eastwood produced movies are Flags of our Fathers and Letters from Iwo Jima. Some more of my favorites.

The best movie IMO that he ever produced is Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. One of my all time favorite movies - ever!

Ah, I could go on all day taking about my favorite Eastwood movies, though. ;)
