what areyou favorite plinking loads? any cal.

for me i load allot, tons and a whole bunch of 45 acp using a lee 200 grain tumble lube swc using 4.5 grains of bullseye.

for other calibers i still prefer to load my 44 and 357 mag up near 1300 fps.

I load a bunch of .45s.
185gr LSWC/ Win-231 @ 5.3grs
200gr LSWC/ Win-231 @ 5.0grs
Both of our 1911/.45s work real good with these loads. Our pistols are box stock, and these loads are not beating them to death. The range is a indoor 50' distance. Kills paper real good. Our defense loads are all store bought Super dupers.

Sorry I didn't to back to you sooner Kansas but I use a OAL of 1.250". Works real good in my pistol.
