Ruger 250 Savage RSI with tang safety, 44 Special Bisley Blackhawk and a 357 Mag Bisley Blackhawk are waiting at the FFL. Pandamnit is going to break me. I need some power therapy. Favorite range has been closed since March. But I did load lots of 10 mm, 40 S&W, 32 H&R, 327 Federal, 223, 250 Savage .3 grain test in two bullet weights and 6.5 CM.
Gunshow find last weekend. Old Model 3 Screw Super Single Six, Convertible . Spent a bit more than I really wanted to, but I got it anyway. Seems in pretty good shape, since serial # looks to be about 1967!!!!! I'm Happy!!!!!!! Even tho it didn't come with original box or papers.........
Last week: Ruger KP345PR Stainless .45auto "P" series. Actually love this .45, accurate and smooth for my old body. I have been amazed at how sweet it shoots. I am in love with this one. It shoots like a dream for me.
My latest Ruger to join 10 other Ruger “cousins” is an EC9S. Great shooting little 9mm. I carry it often, sometimes as a primary, sometimes in the pocket as a second. I did have to send it back due to a functioning problem, but Ruger resolved that and it is now functioning perfectly.
My last "one" was actually 2. One was a Ruger Blackhawk 3 screw in 41 mag. It's partner was a New Model Ruger Blackhawk in 41 Magnum.
I have several Ruger revolvers and a few semis as well. I love shooting my Rugers.
Just bought this SP101 .357 last week. The previous owner shot ½ box of .38 special through it the tried some 158 gr .357 and I'm thinking that he had trouble with it. It won't index when you attempt to shoot round #5. I'm going to clean up the face of the forcing cone and face of the cylinder with a brass brush and see how it works after that.
Its a beautiful gun and shoots to POA with 125 Golden Saber and Gold Dot ammunition.
