Just curious, oh and the Lt Col.’s and WO’s

Another thing, I notice the ranking is Marine, but the coloring is Army. I thought it was gold on red (formal), and then a green on red (daily stuff). I thought gold on green was Army.

I'm not an expert, just wondering. I've never ever seen gold on green for Marine.
