Just picked up a PC9 carbine and need to mount an optic (red dot). Is anyone using an adaptor that fits the Ruger scope cuts. I'm looking for a Weaver type mount. I have seen a few one piece units for the Mini 14's and 30's and was wondering if they would work on the PC9.
Thanks, Doc.

i have the the ranch rifle mount on mine . i would also suggest purchasing a P95 handgun they use the same mag (i prefer the term "clip") and look good together; but any P-series box will work.if you have any problem finding aftermarket - sights stocks etc-they don't exist , problem solved. if you have the ghost ring sight i would be willing to take the open sights off mine and work a swap. if you want to buy my rifle you can't. have fun cousin and wait for the rest of the world to catch up.

Thanks moonpie. I was up late last night and found the rail I need. No, I don't have the gost ring sight on mine............yet. I think with a little work I can get one to fit. Have them on my Henry rifles and love 'em.

Weigand Mounts. It fits into the Ruger cut-out for scope rings and it's a bolt on unit with a "post" that locks the adaptor into place. They have both Weaver and Picatinny style for $46.00. Still working on the peep sight.

Hey moonpie, Check out One Hole Sights by Warren Custom Outdoor products. I just ordered a set for mine. I really like Peep sights and I think these will do the trick. I have Skinner sights on all of my Henrys and was rackin' my brain to try to figger' out how to make them work on the Ruger till I found the Warren sights. I'll let you know how they work soon as I get em'.
