Hello All:
Here's my new Ruger 10/22 with its Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40 BDC Rimfire scope mounted yesterday morning. A Sight Mark Universal Laser Bore Sight will be used to sight it in properly tonight, and tomorrow it will go to the range for the second time since bought new on September 3 (picked up on September 14). I've shot 60 rounds of CCI Mini Mags through it so far, and I was also at the range yesterday with my GP100 which I need to clean.
Anyway, any suggestions on the scope? Is it mounted in the right place, not too bar back? It seems the right place to see and fire from, and I saw many on the Internet that looked mounted in the same position, and while one person I know commented that it looks "cool" with the new scope, another questioned whether it's too large for the 10/22, but many have the same setup, and it came highly recommended.
