I sent my old Burris Fastfire II red dot to them because I could not get it to sight in.
They returned today a brand new-in-box Fastfire 3 with a 3mm dot!🄰 Can't say enough good about them! Their "Forever Warranty", no receipt needed, no questions asked, is amazing!(y) The new sight includes a Picatinny mount, and I have their Ruger Dovetail mount that I used with the old sight on my MK II.
Now, my quandary is: do I mount the new sight, hoping for a better experience, or sell the new one, still in its factory wrap, and remount the iron sight? I enjoy my GP 100 with its irons, and can hit pretty well with it. Aaaarghhh! Decisions, decisions!

You won't find a better company anywhere. I live in driving distance to the company headquarters and I took in an older Fullfield scope that had lost horizontal hold. In less than 10 minutes, they had a brand new replacement in my hands at no cost.

Kudos to Burris.

They used to be in Greely, CO. I was always fond of Burris and think of them as a good 'ole American company. I think recently they started sourcing products overseas from our Chinese frenemies following the trend in most industries. It cost a little bit more but I went with their scout scope over Vortex and even Leupold having confidence in their products.

Never had a problem with any of their stuff yet but good to know you guys got top notch "Ruger' style service after the sale.

Always liked their scopes.
Kids still have Burris variables on their rifles that were put on them in the 80's.
I have used them for years until they dropped some of their models I liked .
Used a 2 1/2 power shotgun scope on my short barreled 30/06 for years .
Loved the huge field of view and brightness.
Unfortunately the reticle broke loose and Burris told me they dont support repairs on scopes that old any more .
Offered a replacement but there is nothing available thats even close to that model.
Nice that they offered though.
