How about a Remora IWB sticky holster?
They can make you one for whatever laser you have.

 

I use a Barsony OWB holster for my Beretta Nano with LaserMax. The same holster fits the Nano with a Crimson Trace. They use a very clever method to make the thumb break strap adjustable. I like it so well that I ordered another one for my LCP. It should be here next Monday.
