LCP II, 22 lr threaded barrel

Anyone have any idea if Ruger is going to be offering an LCP II 22 with a threaded barrel?
The only thing I've found is a mod to an existing barrel for $175! I'm not looking to spend 50% more just for that!! I have the same issue with a Beretta 21a, as well.

I doubt it due to the size and intent of the gun.

Since the barrel isn't secured to the frame (like the SR22) I doubt the .22LR round would have enough power to correctly cycle the action with a suppressor weighing on the front of it.

I have the threaded barrel on order from Ruger for the LCP II. Same with the threaded barrel for the SR22. Today I dropped the 6" Bull Barrel from a Mark II at the local gun store to have threads cut into it. Then I'll need a can to handle all three.
