My wife just bought me a LCP II to supplement or replace my old LCP. My old LCP has a Hogue rubber grip as the factory grip was too small for my hand. I know that the newer LCP II has a thicker handle and will see how it feels when I get it in hand. In the meantime I see that there are dirrenent kinds of grips favailable or the LCP II (Hogue, Talon and others) any one better than the other?

I like the Hogue or Pacmyer slip on grip sleeves over grip tape. Just needs a little more thickness to fill my hand and not hit a bad nerve in my hand. Some people don’t want the extra bulk, and I understand that. For them the grip tape works fine.
I do use grip tape on my LCP since I have the belt clip on it. I doubled it up and it’s ok for me.
