Leupold Delta Point Co-witness a 22/45

Hi new to the forum.

I just picked-up a MK III 22/45 today and I will be putting on the rail and looking for a red dot reflex sight to mount. Tried the search function unsuccessfully. Wondering if you know if the Leupold Delta Point will co-witness the iron sights?
